THE ALPHA LEAGUES

A Place to Grow, Lead, and Belong

The Alpha Leagues help young people build confidence, strengthen academic habits, serve their communities, and lead with integrity through mentorship, hands-on learning, and positive peer connection.

Who we are: The Alpha Leagues is a positive youth development program inspired by the strongest traditions of Greek organization culture: leadership, scholarship, service, character, teamwork, and lifelong connection.

Mission: To develop disciplined, service-minded, academically focused youth leaders prepared to represent themselves, their families, and their communities with excellence.

Vision: To become a trusted youth leadership pipeline that prepares participants for high school, college, careers, and community leadership.

ALPHA CUBS

Ages 11–13
Confidence, teamwork, study habits, and belonging.

ALPHA JUNIORS

Ages 14–15
Leadership basics, service, and communication.

ALPHA LEADERS

Ages 16–18
College, career, mentoring, and civic leadership.

Born in 2011 and officially formed as an organization since 2015, The Alpha Leagues has offered programs, workshops, classes, events, services, volunteer and intern opportunities throughout Dallas and surrounding counties, to recreation centers, schools, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Growing from a small group of few to serving hundreds each year. Our curriculum to conversation circles, participants gain unique leadership skills and experiences.

TAL travels across Dallas County and other close areas to facilitate our programs. Although our program is centered around youths and young adults, we offer other programs designed for younger and older age participants. For example, we have held workshops and events with colleges, school districts, and other nonprofits.

Each is tailored to the age, community, and participants to create a positive and impactful experience. They are designed to enhance development, educate, build, create diversity awareness, innovative and inspire.
